Ingredients
100 grams of Glutinous Rice
15 grams of Dried Red Dates
20 grams of Dried Longans
5 grams of Brown Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Pre Soak Red Dates and Glutinous Rice to soften it.
Step 2
Peel and discard shell of dried longans (if any)
Step 3
Put all ingredients into a pot with water just covering ingredients and cook for 30 minutes
Step 4
Add preferred amount of brown sugar for taste
Step 5
Serve warm. Enjoy!
