Patricia

Patricia’s journey to motherhood was a long and emotionally grueling one—marked by hope, heartbreak, and ultimately, healing. In 2015, newly married and hopeful, Patricia believed conceiving would come easily. But what followed was six years of medical treatments, surgeries, failed IUIs and transfers, a miscarriage, and countless physical, emotional, and financial trials. From robotic surgery to traditional remedies, vision boards to sound healing, her pursuit of motherhood was relentless.

Despite the pain and isolation, Patricia emerged stronger. Through time, support, and self-reflection, she transformed her grief into growth—becoming more patient, more resilient, and more compassionate. Her journey culminated with the birth of her daughter from her final embryo—a miracle that reaffirmed her belief that no path is ever truly hopeless. Today, Patricia channels that strength into advocacy. She is one of the board member of Fertility Support SG, a charity under I Love Children, dedicated to supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility.

Through peer groups, education, and awareness, she is breaking the silence around fertility struggles in Singapore and fostering a more inclusive and understanding society. Beyond her advocacy, Patricia is also a senior executive search leader, advising companies on hiring and developing C-suite leaders in Asia Pacific. Her personal and professional mission are deeply aligned: to create environments where women—especially working women and aspiring mothers—are seen, supported, and celebrated. Patricia believes no one should suffer in silence. She stands as a voice for women who feel invisible in their fertility journey, reminding them: you are not alone, you are stronger than you think, and this too shall pass.
