Simran

Simran embarked on her IVF journey shortly after getting married at the age of 44. Since then, she and her husband have undergone several rounds of treatment, two transfers, and faced the heartbreak of a miscarriage. Through this deeply personal experience, Simran came to understand the emotional and physical toll of fertility treatment—especially while juggling the demands of a leadership role as a CEO.

Motivated by this journey, Simran became committed to helping others navigate their own paths with strength, dignity, and clarity. She advocates for greater fertility awareness and is a firm believer in fostering more inclusive, supportive workplaces that recognise the impact of reproductive health on employee wellbeing. Beyond her professional and advocacy roles, Simran finds joy in spending time with her family and experimenting with floral arrangements.
